1. Introduction

KurdeSIM™ by Kurdish Entrepreneurs is committed to making its website, app, content, support information, checkout experience, and digital services reasonably accessible and usable for as many people as possible.

This Accessibility Statement explains our accessibility approach, the limits of accessibility in a digital eSIM service, how third-party tools may affect accessibility, and how users can report accessibility issues.

This Accessibility Statement is part of the broader customer-facing policy set. By using KurdeSIM™, you also agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, product details, checkout notices, app rules, support instructions, and other applicable rules.

2. Accessibility approach

We aim to provide a clear, readable, practical, and user-friendly digital experience. Our approach may include readable page structure, consistent navigation, responsive layouts, meaningful headings, descriptive buttons, clear product information, usable checkout flows, accessible support content, and reasonable improvements over time.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Technology, browsers, devices, apps, plugins, user needs, third-party tools, and product requirements change over time. We may improve accessibility gradually as resources, platform needs, technical constraints, and user feedback allow.

3. Practical goals

KurdeSIM™ works in good faith toward practical accessibility goals, including:

These goals are not guarantees that every page, feature, checkout state, app feature, third-party element, or device combination will always be fully accessible.

4. Digital eSIM service limitations

KurdeSIM™ is a digital eSIM service. Some functions may require interactions with device settings, QR codes, activation prompts, operating system menus, carrier settings, app stores, payment processors, or third-party provider systems. These systems may not be fully controlled by KurdeSIM™.

Accessibility can be affected by device software, browser settings, app store behavior, payment pages, operating system updates, third-party scripts, telecom provisioning systems, support tools, cookies, security checks, fraud-prevention steps, and other technical factors.

We cannot guarantee that every external or third-party-controlled step will be accessible to every user or assistive technology configuration.

5. Third-party elements

Some parts of KurdeSIM™ may depend on third-party telecom providers, payment processors, fulfillment providers, app stores, hosting providers, analytics tools, security tools, customer support tools, embedded tools, plugins, or other service providers.

Third-party elements may include payment pages, app store pages, support widgets, analytics scripts, security challenges, embedded content, checkout elements, email templates, QR code tools, and device-platform interfaces. These elements may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control.

We may work to improve or adjust third-party elements where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee full accessibility of third-party tools, external pages, device settings, app stores, or provider-controlled systems.

6. No guarantee of uninterrupted accessibility

Although we aim to maintain a reasonably accessible experience, we do not guarantee that every page, feature, function, app flow, checkout path, support tool, translation, image, video, QR code, provider flow, or third-party element will always be fully accessible, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every assistive technology.

Temporary barriers may occur because of updates, technical issues, third-party outages, browser changes, device changes, app updates, content updates, provider changes, security tools, or maintenance.

7. User responsibility

You are responsible for using compatible devices, browsers, operating systems, assistive technologies, and settings that support your accessibility needs. If you require accessibility assistance for an order or product, you should contact us through the channels listed at the end before completing checkout where possible.

You should not complete a purchase unless you understand the product details, device requirements, activation timing, and refund policy. Accessibility-related support requests do not automatically create refund rights unless required by non-waivable law.

8. Alternative support

Where reasonable and technically possible, we may attempt to provide alternative support, explanations, guidance, or instructions for users experiencing accessibility barriers. The available support may depend on the issue, product status, device status, order status, third-party provider limitations, and security requirements.

We cannot guarantee that every issue can be resolved through alternative support, especially where the barrier is caused by a third-party provider, device operating system, app store, payment processor, carrier setting, browser, or assistive technology limitation outside our direct control.

9. Accessibility feedback

We welcome accessibility feedback. If you experience an accessibility barrier, please provide enough detail for us to review it. Helpful details may include the page or feature involved, the issue experienced, the device type, browser or app version, assistive technology used, screenshots where appropriate, and the steps that caused the issue.

We may review feedback, prioritize issues, make reasonable improvements, request more information, or determine that a reported issue is outside our direct control.

10. No misuse of accessibility channels

Accessibility feedback channels must not be used for spam, harassment, threats, fraud, chargeback abuse, unrelated complaints, unauthorized resale, impersonation, scraping, security probing, or attempts to bypass policies.

Misuse of accessibility channels may result in restriction, refusal of service, or other action under the Terms of Use.

11. Content formats

KurdeSIM™ may provide content in text, images, screenshots, video, audio, captions, app screens, QR codes, email, support messages, or other formats. Not every format will be equally accessible to every user.

Where possible, we may improve content clarity, provide text-based support information, update headings, adjust labels, or improve layouts. However, some content, including QR codes and device-setting workflows, may require specific visual or device-based interactions.

12. Translations

KurdeSIM™ may provide content in more than one language for convenience and usability. Translations may have accessibility, formatting, or interpretation differences. If a translated version is unclear, users should use the contact channels listed at the end to request clarification before purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the English version controls where versions conflict, unless a specific notice states otherwise or a non-waivable law requires a different result.

We may update this Accessibility Statement at any time. Updates may reflect changes to our website, app, support process, third-party tools, accessibility practices, legal requirements, or service operations.

By accessing, browsing, ordering from, installing, activating, or using KurdeSIM™, you agree to this Accessibility Statement and also agree to be bound by the KurdeSIM™ Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, product details, checkout notices, account rules, app rules, support instructions, and any other applicable rules posted or communicated by KurdeSIM™.

If you do not fully agree to all applicable policies, do not use KurdeSIM™, do not create an account, do not place an order, do not install an eSIM, and do not access the service.
