1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how KurdeSIM™ by Kurdish Entrepreneurs handles refunds, cancellations, reversals, credits, chargebacks, payment disputes, and refund-related support requests for digital eSIM products and related services.

By placing an order, attempting a purchase, completing checkout, receiving an eSIM, accessing a QR code, installing an eSIM, activating a plan, using the service, or contacting support about an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy is part of the broader agreement between you and KurdeSIM™. You are also bound by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, product details, checkout notices, plan details, installation instructions, support instructions, and any other applicable rules.

2. Digital product rule

KurdeSIM™ sells digital eSIM products. Digital eSIM products may be issued, assigned, displayed, delivered, accessed, installed, activated, or made available immediately or near-immediately after checkout.

Because eSIM products are digital, unique, technical, and often provider-assigned, they cannot be returned like physical goods. Once an eSIM is issued, displayed, assigned, delivered, accessed, installed, activated, or made available, it may no longer be reusable, recoverable, cancellable, or transferable.

For this reason, KurdeSIM™ maintains a strict refund policy to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

3. All sales are final

All purchases are final unless a non-waivable law requires otherwise or KurdeSIM™ decides, in its sole discretion, to make an exception. You should not complete checkout unless you are certain that the product, device, destination, timing, and plan details are correct.

Completing an order means you accept the risk of choosing the wrong product, using an incompatible device, installing incorrectly, activating too early, not traveling, changing plans, or deciding you no longer need the eSIM.

No refund is owed simply because you did not use the product, used only part of the product, were dissatisfied with speed or coverage, made a mistake, changed your mind, or failed to read product details.

4. No refunds after digital delivery

Once an eSIM product is issued, assigned, delivered, displayed, accessed, installed, activated, or otherwise made available to you in any form, the order is considered digitally delivered.

Digital delivery may occur through an order page, account page, app screen, email, QR code, activation code, support message, confirmation page, download, or other digital access method.

After digital delivery, the product is non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, even if you do not open the message, scan the QR code, install the eSIM, activate the plan, use the data, complete your trip, or contact support.

5. Customer responsibility before purchase

Before purchasing, you are solely responsible for verifying that:

  • your device supports eSIM;
  • your device is unlocked where required;
  • your device can access the required settings;
  • your device is not restricted by a carrier, profile, administrator, or local setting;
  • the selected plan matches your destination and intended use;
  • the data amount is sufficient;
  • the validity period is correct;
  • the activation timing is understood;
  • you understand installation instructions;
  • you can receive digital delivery;
  • your contact information is accurate;
  • your payment method is authorized;
  • you have read the Terms of Use and this Refund Policy.

Failure to verify any of the above does not create a refund right.

6. No refund situations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KurdeSIM™ does not provide refunds, cancellations, reversals, returns, compensation, credits, or replacement products for issues including but not limited to:

  • device incompatibility;
  • locked devices;
  • unsupported devices;
  • device software limitations;
  • user error during installation or activation;
  • deletion or removal of an eSIM;
  • scanning a QR code incorrectly;
  • using the wrong device;
  • incorrect plan selection;
  • incorrect destination selection;
  • insufficient data selection;
  • misunderstanding validity period;
  • activating too early;
  • installing too early;
  • delayed travel;
  • cancelled travel;
  • changed travel plans;
  • duplicate purchases;
  • accidental purchases;
  • change of mind;
  • non-use;
  • partial use;
  • expired plans;
  • failure to read product details;
  • failure to read instructions;
  • failure to contact support before a plan expires;
  • loss of access to email or account;
  • inability to receive emails or messages;
  • local restrictions;
  • roaming restrictions;
  • network congestion;
  • speed dissatisfaction;
  • coverage dissatisfaction;
  • latency dissatisfaction;
  • carrier preference issues;
  • indoor signal issues;
  • rural signal issues;
  • building penetration issues;
  • device antenna issues;
  • third-party provider limitations;
  • app store issues;
  • payment method fees;
  • bank fees;
  • currency conversion fees;
  • taxes or external fees;
  • chargeback fees;
  • unauthorized sharing of eSIM information;
  • unauthorized resale;
  • account misuse;
  • policy violations.

This list is not exhaustive. The core rule is simple: if the order was placed and the digital product was delivered or made available, it is generally final.

7. Device incompatibility

Device incompatibility is not a refund reason. You must verify eSIM compatibility before purchase. Compatibility lists, tutorials, or support guidance are general informational resources and do not guarantee that your specific device, software version, carrier status, or device configuration will work.

A device may appear compatible but still fail because of carrier locks, software restrictions, enterprise restrictions, device settings, regional variants, damaged settings, previous eSIM errors, or user configuration issues. KurdeSIM™ is not responsible for these issues.

8. Locked devices

If your device is locked, restricted, blocked, carrier-controlled, administrator-managed, or otherwise unable to install or use an eSIM, the order remains non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for confirming that your device is unlocked and eligible before purchasing.

9. Installation errors and deleted eSIMs

If you install incorrectly, scan incorrectly, enter information incorrectly, delete the eSIM, remove the plan, reset your device, change devices, lose the QR code, share the QR code, or otherwise make the eSIM unusable, no refund is owed.

Some eSIMs cannot be installed more than once, transferred, restored, or reissued. You must follow instructions carefully and avoid deleting or modifying eSIM settings unless support instructs you to do so.

10. Activation timing and validity period

Some eSIM products may begin validity at purchase, delivery, installation, activation, first connection, first data use, or another product-specific trigger. You are responsible for understanding the relevant trigger before purchase and before installation.

No refund is owed if you activate too early, install too early, travel late, cancel travel, misunderstand the validity period, fail to use the plan before expiration, or allow a plan to expire.

11. Speed, coverage, and network quality

Speed, coverage, signal, routing, latency, network selection, and availability depend on third-party telecom providers, device settings, local network conditions, terrain, building materials, congestion, fair-use rules, and other conditions outside KurdeSIM™’s direct control.

No refund is owed because you dislike the speed, prefer another network, experience weaker coverage than expected, experience congestion, have indoor signal issues, have rural signal issues, or experience temporary outages or limitations.

12. Non-use and partial use

No refund is owed if you do not use the eSIM, use only part of the data, use only part of the validity period, forget to install it, forget to activate it, lose access to the order, travel without using it, or decide not to use it.

A digital product is not refundable simply because it was not consumed.

13. Duplicate and accidental purchases

Duplicate purchases and accidental purchases are generally non-refundable once placed or digitally delivered. You are responsible for reviewing your cart, selected plan, destination, quantity, price, and payment details before checkout.

KurdeSIM™ may, at its sole discretion, review duplicate or accidental purchase claims if the product has not been delivered, accessed, assigned, installed, activated, or made available. Such review does not guarantee a refund and does not create a policy exception for future cases.

14. Fraud, abuse, and policy violations

No refund is owed for orders connected to fraud, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment methods, chargeback abuse, coupon abuse, account abuse, unauthorized resale, identity misuse, brand misuse, scraping, automation abuse, or violation of the Terms of Use.

We may restrict accounts, cancel orders, disable access, preserve records, report abuse to providers or payment processors, and defend payment disputes using available evidence.

15. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after digital delivery, we may submit evidence showing the transaction, policy acceptance, digital delivery, order status, account activity, support communications, and other relevant records.

Improper chargebacks, false claims, friendly fraud, or abusive disputes may result in account suspension, purchase restrictions, service cancellation, refusal of future service, and legal recovery efforts where permitted by applicable law.

You should use the contact channels listed at the end before initiating a dispute so the issue can be reviewed.

16. Refunds required by law

If a non-waivable law requires a refund for a specific transaction, KurdeSIM™ will comply only to the minimum extent required by that law. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

Where a legal refund exception applies, we may require verification, order details, device details, screenshots, payment records, issue descriptions, and any other information reasonably needed to assess the request.

17. Discretionary exceptions

KurdeSIM™ may choose, in its sole discretion, to offer a refund, partial refund, replacement, credit, extension, or other support outcome in a specific case. Any exception is voluntary and does not create a right, policy change, precedent, guarantee, or obligation to make the same exception again.

A support message, goodwill response, or one-time exception does not modify this Refund Policy unless confirmed as a formal policy update.

18. Refund review process

If you believe a refund is legally required or that an exceptional review is appropriate, you must provide accurate order details and a clear explanation through the contact channels listed at the end. We may request device information, screenshots, error messages, proof of compatibility, installation status, activation status, payment details, and support history.

Submitting a request does not pause plan validity, guarantee a refund, extend data validity, stop provider restrictions, or prevent expiration. You should contact us as soon as possible if support is needed.

19. Timing and method of approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it may be returned through the original payment method or another method selected by KurdeSIM™ where permitted by applicable law and payment processor rules. Refund timing depends on payment processors, banks, wallets, and other financial systems.

Approved refunds may exclude payment processor fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, external charges, chargeback fees, or other amounts not controlled by KurdeSIM™, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. No cash value of credits

Credits, coupons, replacements, promotional balances, goodwill adjustments, or support-issued benefits have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. They may be limited, expire, be non-transferable, or be revoked for abuse.

21. Final agreement to all policies

By accessing, browsing, ordering from, installing, activating, or using KurdeSIM™, you agree to this Refund Policy and also agree to be bound by the KurdeSIM™ Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, product details, checkout notices, account rules, app rules, support instructions, and any other applicable rules posted or communicated by KurdeSIM™.

If you do not fully agree to all applicable policies, do not use KurdeSIM™, do not create an account, do not place an order, do not install an eSIM, and do not access the service.
